Without access to the app
Email the support contact shown on this page, ideally from the email linked to your account. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents in your initial request. The team may securely verify ownership.
What happens next
The current process deactivates an account immediately, allows reversal for 30 days and schedules permanent deletion afterward. Associated data and legally required retention exceptions are then handled through the applicable process.
Active subscriptions
Check and cancel renewal directly with Google Play or the relevant billing provider. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel store-managed subscriptions.
